Just a little post about a great way to make money on top of anything you buy online. It’s called Quidco and it offers cashback on loads of popular, and some unknown online stores and services. Quidco charge you £5 per year for the account (as long as you earn £5 or over) and once the money is received you can get it paid in to a bank or paypal account.
Popular shops such as play.com, game.co.uk, apple, itunes, HMV and many more are all available, and over the past year i’ve managed to rack up several hundred pounds worth of cashback in just under a year! Some mobile phone contracts offer up to £150 cashback, and you could also gain cashback on any holidays, insurances or even those important apple purchases!
There are a few other cashback sites however, i’ve found Quidco the best and usually provides better cashback rates. It’s simple to use, and to gain cash back all you have to do is log in and find the store or service you want. Click their link and buy away!

As a teenager i was extremely interested in aviation, specifically military planes. I used to spend my spare hours building Airfix 1:72 scale models, and in fact still have some of them about the house now! However my favorite plane out of the many greats, was the Avro Vulcan.

After recently having to send my MacBook Pro off for the second time for a logic board issue, it came back with it’s third logic board in a year! (Not great Apple!) After this, upon trying to create a updated back up with Time Machine, it wouldn’t continue with the older backups and was trying to create a new one. After a quick google search i found a couple of good pages of advice and possible fix.
The reason for Time Machine’s behavior is due to a new mac address provided with the new logic board. Time machine links backups with the ID of the machine - the mac address. These guides helped me along to a certain point, however some parts i had to figure out myself. Therefore if your having the same problem, just follow the following steps. You may or may not have heard about the beat boxer, Beardyman. Until recently i hadn’t, and after doing a little bit of googling and finding video’s on YouTube i was truly amazed at what he can do! It’s not only the beat he makes, but effects (amazing!), scratching, different instruments, voices the lot! It’s great to see him also using technology such as the ‘Kaos Pad 3′ to build up a song by sampling his voice. Truly fantastic.
