Web design has been a side interest of mine for about 8 years. In this time i have gained a good knowledge of XHTML, CSS and basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL databases. Many of the websites i have made are no longer or were never made ‘live’, however heres some of the websites which i have made.

Hemlington Hall Primary School Website

Made for a local primary school in Middlesbrough, the website was set up for the school by myself. It includes a fully functional photo gallery powered by Gallery2, which allows teachers and staff to upload pictures and videos to the website. There is also a news section where users can add news. I am currently developing a wordpress version of the site which will allow the school to update and edit the site without myself.

Mashiach Official Website

Made for a friend, this website was set up to promote his music. It includes a flash music player, and included a forum to discuss his music. It also included an online store (using ZenCart) where users could buy and download his music, and pay via paypal. I was also involved in making some of the artwork for album and single covers. I also work with Mashiach in different music projects.

*The website is currently offline.

Xmaslights.orgOur family home used to be lit up every year by thousands of christmas lights. It was quite a local attraction and over several years of fundraising for a local charity, Zoes Place, we raised over £10,000. The website was made in hope of online donations, and includes pictures, videos, a guesbook and information about us.

Fashionably-Late

As part of a university project we were required to create and develop a functional e-commerce store using Actinic.

Chernobyl Explored

Chernobyl ExploredAs part of a university project we were required to create, in a group a website to W3c standards. The theme of the web site had to be based upon a video documentary. We choose the topic of Chernobyl. On our web site there was a drop down menu for easy navigation, video clips and images, witness accounts  to the incidents and much more information about the disaster. As a group we complied to all the web standards and our fully validated HTML and CSS site scored very highly.
